Return of goods takes place in accordance with 2014. July 22 By the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 “On the Approval of Retail Rules”.

Goods of appropriate quality are exchanged and returned in the cases and under the conditions set out in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code. The returned product must be fully packaged. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the product. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we or our representative will not accept it for return.

The product must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean and properly prepared. Goods of unsatisfactory quality shall be replaced with goods of appropriate quality and the goods shall be returned in the cases and under the conditions established in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code.

When a defective product is returned, we undertake to accept it and replace it with an analogous product. If we do not have a similar product, we will refund you the money paid for the product.

Delivery costs are not included when returning the goods.

Buyers wishing to return the purchased product which defective or broken must contact e-mail. by e-mail sales@grindubaze.lt, sending the completed return form (PDF format; WORD format) and attaching a photo of the product. Goods can be returned within 14 days. from the date of acquisition.
